2,000+ flights a day were concentrated over a few Chicagoland neighborhoods after 2013 O'Hare airport changes. This drove a dramatic increase in noise complaints, aided by this site.
Now in 2017, through the efforts of FAiR, we've convinced the O’Hare commission to approve changes to once again spread out the air traffic and noise.
The most significantly impacted cities include Wood Dale, Bensenville, Elk Grove Village, Park Ridge, Norridge, Schiller Park, Chicago, River Grove, Schaumburg, Lincolnwood, West Chicago, and Medinah.
